the hotel was super chill and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. the staff were friendly and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. we loved the pool and although the food was generally good, there were little hiccups like the hot food delivery being a bit slow. the grounds are beautiful and great for walks, with a lovely atmosphere. breakfast had a decent variety, just wish the juice labeling was clearer for meds.

the mattress in our room kinda sank in the middle, and there were delays in getting hot food at breakfast. i expected better service from the restaurant staff who were mostly just okay.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the spacious room with stunning views and the superb pool area. A hidden gem!

The room was really spacious and had a comfy bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Views from the balcony were lovely, though it did have a slide and swing blocking part of the view. The bathroom was modern and the heating worked well. very cozy and enjoyable space to stay in.

A little more attention to staff responsiveness would be beneficial!!! the lack of clear signage approaching the hotel is frustrating and could be easily improved!!! Upgrade the charging facilities for electric vehicles too!!!

Huge room with three windows giving a beautiful view of the golf course. It's spacious, nicely decorated, and had a comfortable sitting area. The bathroom features double sinks and a shower over the bath. The spa amenities include a sauna, indoor swimming pool, and hot tub. Dining room was charming with live music, and service was attentive throughout.

Room decor feels outdated and lacks modern updates!!! WiFi connectivity is dismal and made it hard to stay connected!!! Several facilities need maintenance, such as the swimming pool and tiles!!!
